I graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist in 2001 from the Southwest
Institute of Healing Arts in Scottsdale, AZ.   I have been working as a full time

I have worked in numerous venues such as day spas, chiropractic clinics, and
massage clinics in Anchorage.  I hold certifications in reflexology, deep tissue

past two years at Dhani as an Advanced Therapist. Prior to that, I worked with

I graduated with honors from the Massage therapy program at Career
Academy in August of 2008 and received great praises from many of
my instructors.

As a former athlete, I understand the many aches and pains that
athletes experience.  Therefore, I am uniquely able to meet the
massage therapy needs of athletes.

I specialize in Swedish Relaxation Massage, Deep tissue, Trigger Point
Therapy and Chair massage.  I also offer hot stone massage therapy.

I graduated form the Oriental Healing Arts Center.  In addition to
bodyMechanics, I work out of the airport at the Right Touch, offering
chair massage to travelers.  This venue offers the opportunity to work
on a wide variety of body types and conditions.  I practice Deep
Tissue, Swedish massage, Chair Massage, and Acupressure.  I have
an intuitive touch and adjust techniques to my clients’ individual
needs.  I am always learning and eager to broaden my skill sets.

Hello all!  I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage
Therapy in Colorado in 2007 with an Associates of Occupational
Studies degree, which included almost 1,300 hours of training.  I
do deep tissue, treatment (myofascial, trigger point therapy,
stretching) and sports oriented work as well as general relaxation
and stress relief.  I especially love doing neck work and try to mix up
the techniques I use in each session to keep things fresh and
address issues from different angles. I also offer hot stone
massage (please give
advanced notice so I have time to prepare.)  Please note that I do
not accept Northern Lights Coupons for hot stone sessions.
I worked at bodyMechanics for 6 months last year and
liked it so much I decided to return!  I am excited to be back after a
year-long hiatus attending college out of state and am looking
forward to a great winter season!
